My name is Alvin E. Nix Jr. I have practiced estate planning for over three decades helping clients plan for their futures and have confidence in their plans, knowing that their wishes are respected. At Alvin E. Nix, Jr., P.C., I use my experience and knowledge of the current law and where it is going to help my clients understand the law and achieve their personal and legal goals.
For over 30 years, I was a litigator fighting in court on behalf of my clients, and while I no longer actively litigate, I still apply the same principles of preparedness and zealous advocacy for each and every one of my clients.
In addition to being a former litigator, I was in the United States Navy for five years and the Navy Reserve for 22 years so I know the value of hard work and being part of a team effort. I use that work ethic every day as I serve my clients. I am calm in moments of crisis, focused and confident. I have the foresight to look ahead, see potential problems and efficiently find viable solutions and help advise you on making the right decisions based on facts rather than emotions.
